ftp oping problem

my problem is that when i open my ftp location then this error is show.
please check and tell me what is problem.

Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER creativevideohive
Response: 331 User creativevideohive OK. Password required
Command: PASS ********************************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

I can not connect to FTP in any way.
I’ve already created a novakey in the API, I already tested it on a different network. I tested other Client …

Are you using “AlohaFX” as your username? It’s case sensitive, so you cannot use “alohafx”

Alright, then best to post in the thread linked above by @unlockdesign since that thread is monitored by staff. Try to include any errors you are receiving if possible.
