Just for reference - even once envato approve refunds, the payment gateway or bank can delay things further processing it, which unfortunately is beyond envato’s control.
Yeah, but the delayed approval makes it slower
Why would it take long if the author agreed to the refund
We don’t know the behind the scenes process that happened but even if the author agrees envato would have had to reach out to them to confirm that, then once they is done they would need to process that and then the bank has to put it through.
All this doesn’t include weekends.
Yeah but a refunds was made for other plug-ins from the same author
They are saying that its up to envato now whats going on its he says shes game
Thats was 7 days ago and the refunds policy says 5 days
Unfortunately only support have visibility of it all so you are unlikely to be able to get an answer in the forums and will need to ask support
Ive tired that but, no luck seems that they ignoring me now

When the author took time to respond they answered in minutes but now that they have to make payments they choose what to respond to
I´m working on the Enefti Core Platform with Enefti Main Home Theme since Nov. 21, 2023 now already. The complete solution is totally buggy. Many customization settings do not work on all Pages, the Widgets/Sidebars don´t work properly, the NFT creation for normal users over the Frontend isn´t working.
I´ve created a Google sheet with description and screenshots of all bugs (around 40!) and the supporter Madalin answers me, it need some time to work on it. I get one CSS snippet per day from him for any colour changes in Text or backgrounds and then again minimum 24h nothing.
The biggest Problem is the Metamask and Wallet Connect Authorizator, which is simply not working. The Popup appears on every Page load in back- and frontend. Linking the Wallet to the Enefti Core Dashboard User Account fails with error message: Signature is not valid. I´ve requested mutltiple times at Madalin to fix this issue and i get only the answer, it will be fixed in the next Theme update. On my request to when this is planned i get no answer.
I´ve customized around 85% of the complete Website already and have planned to purchase the NFT Importer too, but now it turns out that there are so big issues in the solution, that it is simply not usable.
WTF is going on here? This isn´t a new product, it is long time on the market. How can anybody work with it? I´ve worked 3 weeks every day on it, 3 times set up the Webserver new, downloaded this crazy huge Demo Imports and customizing it for hours every day and now this big mess!
Money gone, work for nothing, my Community is waiting for a release before christmas. Why do Envato allowing this not working Product to be offered for selling by Themeforest/Modeltheme?
Today I have to to correct my posting from Dec 2023. This Team is the strongest Support and Dev Team I´ve worked with since long years. They worked relentless together with me to get all issues solved and the NFT Marketplace up and running.
During the development work since Nov 23, 2023 I got deep insights into the complete NFT minting and listing as well as the NFT Management system and understand today, that the challenges for the Modeltheme Team were caused by major changes of thirdweb (which happened also in November) in the handling of the Smart Contracts and the Smart Contract deployment. From this reason the devs had a big effort to improve and update all necessary Plugins for the NFT Marketplace. This effort cannot be done in a couple of days, it requires an insane Amount of time for testing, communication, coding, testing, communication, coding, testing, communication, coding…release.
The customization of the complete Marketplace was mainly done by myself with the greatest Support of Madalin, the very kind and smart customer Support Manager. I am experienced in Website building, but must admit, that the customization of this Theme is not easy and speedy done. I have invested around 440h of work since Nov 2023 to reach the final Version. Without the help and hints of Madalin I would not have been able to finalize this customization work. The Marketplace was launched last Sunday, March 10 on

It is not fully complete, but I am sure, the remaining functionality, the Auction Tool and some more little features, will also get implemented in a short while.
