This is the second time I have had a paid for “premium” theme from Envato/Themeforest fail to load. It has been either an activation or “needs an update” from WP Bakery or Rev Slider, etc. Or the demos don’t load. I have used SiteGround and WPMU and Elementor Hosting as of late. It is an epic fail everytime. Kute Boutique was a nightmare and I have zero help in getting support from them or envato. They send a tix stating they will help and no one follows through even when given all the login credentials. We were promised a refund and now that has not happened. Can we get an support please?
