Hey,

First of all I don’t think calling out authors is allowed here on the forums but if you are not satisfied with the product you can always request a refund, be sure to include all the points you mentioned here.

Authors are generally faster to respond when faced with a refund request, failing that you can always escalate the request to envato themselves (assuming the author does not approve your refund).
