I was trying to purchase an item, and payment was unsuccessful for some reason. I made multiple attempts, and then my account is locked. I created new accounts with different mails, but they also locked. I guess my ip address is blocked. Then I opened a ticket about this but I heard nothing from envato support in 3 days, this is an urgent problem that I need to fix. What should I do ?
Envato support is generally slow ( 5-7 working days ).
You could only get support from the team via ticket, there’s no one here to help you.
Unfortunately, once the system flags your IP or account activity, even new accounts can get caught up in it. As Ki-themes mentioned, Envato support usually takes several business days to respond, so weekends don’t count.
In the meantime, avoid making more accounts or trying different emails since that might complicate things further. The best bet is to wait for their reply to your ticket.
