Envato Support is unresponsive

Hi everyone!

How long does it typically take for a support ticket to be addressed? I filed a ticket 6 days ago regarding invoicing and I still haven’t received a reply. Is this typical for Envato? This is the first time I ever needed to contact support, so this is a bit disappointing.

Hey there @thaliaxr, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble reaching support! The responds times are usually less than 24 hours, but in certain periods when there are an overly large amount of tickets it can reach 7 days! Cheers!
