Account locked for more than 3 days without any response from the support
I have already followd the insturctions and sent more than 15 tickets without any response for 3 days

More than 1 ticket will make the reply more delay because of the volume of the ticket queue.
How long with the problem take ? I have important work and I am waiting but I need an explanation for this delay and time wasting also I need to know when will they solve this issue
Envato support team will reply your open support ticket as quickly they can. Only they are the right team to help on account related issue. In forum we can’t do anything. But they should reply you soon if they already not done.
Most of the “locked out” accounts remains still and you won’t be able to access the account. You can search the forum previous issues. ( no need to wait )
As has already been explained, opening multiple tickets will not help you resolve this any quicker. There are other reasons why accounts get locked out - one of those reasons if somehow your account has “tripped” a security issue - perhaps nothing that you have done wrong, but it happens.
