Envato is doing a great job to make it easier to support products. Author dashboard is great. What even more convenient is a possibility to answer support requests by email. Can Envato please add the same functionality to the item comments? I want to be able to answer the comments straight from my email client when I get notification.
This feature will make possible to do ALL the item support on the go form very limited mobile devices or unsecured WiFi networks that you don’t want to use to visit TF dashboard.
