I don’t like this method of leaving comments back and forth, especially when you can’t continuously embed comments to extend the chain, email would be a lot more efficient. Is there some way to move comments to emails so I don’t have to unnecessarily keep going back and forth through Envato in a haphazard way?
It all depends on the item and the author. Some authors have their own support forums while other prefer item comments or email for offering support
