Suggestion to improve the new support system

Hi, just wanted to share this suggestion:

Some authors provide support via their own forum, others use comments tab or email address and we think that will confuse buyers especially who buy more than once from the marketplace.

With this new item support policy, Envato should provide a unified support platform for CC and TF authors, this platform:

  • Notify the author of buyers purchase the “Extend support”
  • Notify the buyer of their remaining time to get support for an item.

That can help buyers become more familiar with the marketplace and may encourage more authors to provide support for their items.
