I have opened a ticket about 7 days ago… and i just received a message like … your ticket was assigned to the review team… and nothing more. No one reply to my support ticket.
Where are you envato support ???

I suffered this too recently, but they will answer you. Most likely they have a high number of support requests at this time.

Have you heard back? I’m in the same boat, and I’m wondering if you’ve heard anything or if I should deactivate this broken plugin and just move on.
