My client set up an account for us to access templates they purchased. The email address was spelled incorrectly and now we cannot authenticate the account. How do we go about fixing?
Client was able to change to their personal email. But now their purchases are gone, but their credit card statement was charged.

FYI sharing access to account is ntallowed and very likely to create potential security flags
They did buy it from Themeforest / Graphicriver etc. and NOT envato elements right?

They did purchase from Themeforest. Our client was going to download them for us, but the purchased themes are no longer available in the downloads.
