Element Pack for Elementor Stopped and I can't find my License number anywhere!

I purchased: Element Pack - Addon for Elementor Page Builder WordPress Plugin - Regular License

It stopped working and is asking me to activate my license, but I can’t find it anywhere in my account on Envato and when I try to log into my BDThemes account I get nothing.

I don’t know why there is not chat or phone support. Frustrating.

Assuming you got it from CodeCanyon and not downloaded from envato elements then try this Where Is My Purchase Code? – Envato Market Help Center

Click on ‘Download’ a dropdown will show where you will get download option for ‘License certificate & purchase code’.
