Downloaded WP Theme on Elements, can't find license to activate

I downloaded a WP theme on Elements and I can’t seem to find the licensing code. The licensing file it came with doesn’t include it. I read that it should not require it, but it seems to do so and I cannot make use of the theme in any way. Specifically, downloaded this one: Tecnologia - IT Services & App Development, WordPress - Envato Elements

Please advise.

According to the author’s knowledgebase, which I’ve linked below, you can leave the license code field empty and proceed to the next step.
