DO NOT BUY from this platform! Theme is missing files, and author for the 6 months of support is missing in action. When I addressed it with Envato Help Desk and Customer Service, they sent multiple links to “How to” instructions. AND then pulled the product (with any support information with it) from their site! – Fraudent activity and theme missing parts, and not able to get support – are all reason NOT worth it. WARNING
Most cases of “missing files” happen because users try to upload the full ZIP package downloaded from ThemeForest, instead of unzipping it first and using the correct installable theme file inside.
As a long-time seller — and also a buyer — on ThemeForest, our experience shows that before installing or using any purchased product, it’s important to spend at least half a day carefully reading the documentation. Only after following the instructions thoroughly should you reach out to support if something still doesn’t work.

Assuming it’s from ThemeForest, not from Elements, if the item has been removed from Envato, you may contact support again for refund.
I think you have tried to install the full download zip where you should to install the theme zip.
