Didn't Received My November payout

Hi,

I have not received my November earnings yet

I got an email regarding the payment is done but when I checked my PayPal it wasn’t there!

also, I wanted to mention that I always use to receive Envato payment notification from

service@intl.paypal.com

but this time I received it from

service@paypal.com.au

Please if someone from videohive payout see this message please drop me an email

In this case you can wait 24 hours after payment done email received. So please check back again and if still not received then contact support and open a ticket:

Leave paypal - go to payoneer or at least via normal bank transfer - paypal is disaster, left them long time ago.

to me, payoneer is a disaster. So mileages will vary.

We think payoneer better then paypal you can signup in payoneer

payoneer -> no waiting time - no problems :slight_smile: But if someone like to wait and then talk with paypal for weeks to get his fair earned money - go ahead :slight_smile:

+1 for Payoneer. Great support. Fee is only $15. And they transfer money to my bank within several hours (but always saying that it may take 3-5 business days. LOL :grin:)

If you transfer money to your local bank fee is $15. I’m not using payoneer card, because it is not very convenient. With local bank card I can pay any bills without leaving home.

Hello my friend I solved the problem and got my money … Sign in to PayPal and add a new email to the account and make it the main email and then delete the main email … Log out of PayPal and create a new account on the old email after you deleted it from your Paypal account … Open your new account and you will find your money :blush::blush:

Because if you got email from envato that means envato sent you payment.It may paypal keep your earning on hold,

Yes I contacted the Paypal support they said its some issues from the sender’s (Envato) side so they will need to contact Paypal

Your problem seems to be different from my problem. Support in PayPal has said to me that there are no problems with your account, even though the money was hidden
…
If the support in PayPal tells you there is a problem with your account, they will definitely solve it, just wait, Or try to contact them again

its been 13 days from the date the issue has occured still I am waiting for my payments and last email i received from envato was 5 days ago I don’t think they are taking this seriously! I am a full time author on videohive and it is like a salary for me and going a complete month without salary is hard plz help!
