Day 2 of being locked out of my account after making a purchase—and still no response from support.
The payment went through with no issues; I’ve confirmed this with my bank and have both the transaction receipt and purchase confirmation from Envato. I downloaded the theme from my account, installed it on my WordPress site, but the second I tried to activate it, I was locked out.
This is beyond frustrating. I expect my account to be unlocked immediately, or for someone to contact me directly. So far, this has been the worst customer support experience I’ve ever encountered.
There are thousands of complaints about this online! Stop suggesting the issue is on my end.
I’ve never had any disputes or failed transactions before, so I have no idea why my account would be locked after a successful payment and download.

He comprado paquetes de una aplicación y también me han bloqueado. No me dejaron ni descargar los códigos y la respuesta de la señorita Anya a mi correo es que no sabía del tema y que le preguntaría a un compañero, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Si el lunes no recibo respuesta, presentaré una denuncia en el banco. Es la primera vez que compro por aquí y sucede esto. Ya no volveré a comprar.

Entiendo perfectamente tu frustración; es realmente molesto pasar por algo así después de hacer una compra legítima. Yo también tengo todas las pruebas de pago y he intentado comunicarme varias veces sin obtener respuesta. Espero que el soporte nos brinde una solución pronto, pero si no responden, tomaré las mismas medidas que tú. No se vale que traten a sus clientes de esta forma.
