EVANTO ELEMENTS/ THEMEFOREST SCAMMERS, Worst Support EVER

After purchasing a theme from Envato Elements/ThemeForest, the payment went through, I received a confirmation email, and I downloaded the theme. But as soon as I tried to activate it, I was locked out of my account. For five days, I contacted support repeatedly, only to get automated responses from bots. Today, they finally responded with this message:

“I understand you wish to have the account unlocked, but your account has been permanently disabled, and we can’t provide you with any specific reason why. All I can say is that we have internal policies for business that we can’t divulge.

I sincerely apologize for not being able to unlock your account and thank you for your understanding.

I’ll be closing this ticket now as we’ve exhausted our options/information available.”

This is beyond unacceptable. I followed all necessary steps for a legitimate purchase, provided payment, and was only attempting to activate the theme I bought. Now I’m being denied access without any explanation. Not only did they waste my time and effort, but I’m also out of the money I paid. It’s shocking that they’d treat customers this way, especially considering the thousands of similar complaints online.

Envato’s handling of this issue feels deceptive and unfair. All I want is either my money back or access to the product I paid for. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I am sorry, I can understand that is not what you expected to receive as their reply, but as I explained earlier, only support team can check what happened and if there was some error they will unlock your account. As they already responded, no one here can do anything that can change their decision, we are authors only. Opening multiple topics on same topic will force moderators to close those as that isn’t permitted. Please keep your further posts in one thread which you started the other day. Thank you.
