company not recognizing paid support

I’ve renewed support with VillaTheme for their multi-currency plugin but their site doesn’t show i’ve paid for it, so i can’t submit a ticket (only paid subscribers can add tickets?!?). I’ve had great luck with all the addon’s i’ve purchased here at CodeCanyon, but this multi-currency plug-in, while working, has a horrible update system that hasn’t worked since i bought it. I renewed support to try to resolve the problems, but i’m losing patience. Any thoughts on how I should proceed would be appreciated.
