Thanks for responding @Stachethemes, yes we have considered using it as an option.
The problem with it is that most of the documentation we have now is present in our website and it needs to be transferred. Without doc, the search will be useless.
Do you find an alternative self-hosted Wordpress plugin/theme for tickets & docs? Or some other scripts?
You can use public tickets as default option and the search will check them all for a result. Most of our users check other tickets with similar problems to find a solution.
About alternative no really I was used gmail for years and had to change it fast before go insane and ticksy was the solution at the moment and work for me so far
