I’m trying to find out how to get support for a product (plugin) I’ve purchased called Frontend Builder for Wordpress. The support page for this asks for a purchase code and when I enter it, it says it’s the wrong code. I’ve been doing web dev for 18 years and have purchased thousands of dollar from envato & code canyon…BUT THIS SUCKS BAD.
Can someone help or do I need to dispute this with PaPal?
Just contact the author via item comments section or contact form on his profile page and explain your situation.
Disputing via PayPal will most likely get your account banned, you will lost access to the purchased file and it won’t solve your issue at all. If you want a refund, you should do it via Envato Help Center. But I would advise to get in touch with the author first.

please go to plugin details page (item page) then Comments page and post a commnets and let them know that you are facing problem to contct them and you need their support. Hope plugin author will reply your comments and will assist you.
