Can't find purchased theme in downloaded page

Hi there,

I hope you are well, pls I just need some help as I just purchased CityBook Directory theme through PayPal, but unfortunately that it doesn’t look like i bought and it’s not in my downloads page, however the payment confirmation has sccuessfuly gone through.

What’s happening? Can you please check where i can download the theme

Please go to your Downloads page there you will see a list of all your purchased item(s).
If not found in download then please open Help ticket and let them know. They will be happy to assist you.
