Can you rollback menu changes or reinstall Demo Data Menus?

I used http://wp.magnium-themes.com/thebuilt/thebuilt-1/ theme, and my main menu dissappeared, then lost the last few items.

Ideally I’d like to reinstall the main menu from the demo data (without it overwriting all my pages etc), alternatively, I would like help wiith the CSS of reinstating the Get a Quote button on the right-hand-side of the menu.
