With respect these are a long way off the standards.
Design fundamentals need a lot of work esp. typography, spacing, margins, hierarchy etc.
Just some examples:

The contact info is far too close together and lacks padding within the white background

Font choices throughout are all sorts of wrong

Name and job title doesn’t align to anything, nor does the QR code

Logo front and back is overkill

Logo fonts is not great and the icon combination doesn’t work

Shadows looks wrong
hi here is how i feel about what u done and what u need to improve in my view …
1- contrast and colors changes
u have a small issue of contrast as colors as not offering enough contrast and this is preventing all elements from popping out …
besides this is hard to understand how name and function that are essential are having so very little contrast with the BG and thus are so hard to read …
2- fake logo
sorry to say just this but for me the fake logo is neither credible as highly professional nor is this bringing a better aesthetics either … if i were i would get rid of the white part that is not working at all if u ask me and turn the remaining part in another color , a color contrasting with the background so that the logo is given the place that this is entitled to be in a business card …
3- usability …
sorry to remind u this but i think this is worth doing as regard to what u have created here … a business card is made to introduce a company and contact and thus for some information to be found easily and clearly so that people are contacted back … at this stage what u have is looking like information are accessory and sideway elements … there is a big misunderstand as far as the use of a business card is …
4- icons
they are way too basic and do not bring anything to the table as such … try to introduce some that are more worked out, more expressive and making your card look better aesthetic wise …
5- spacing
the spacing for the information is really not convincing to say the least all seems to be jam packed , texts are not “breathing” not are ae they much readable for that matter …
6- qr code
this maybe a matter of taste but for me the qr code intros color it looks nit good indeed …
7- b-side is to empty
u do not have anything but the logo and the logo is not even impressive , basically people will expect much more than this …
8- typo is plain
nothing original typo wise and font combinations are not even working so very well too …
9- global style
to be honest the global style is lacking originality , we see a lot of this all the time plus the card is not even perfectly executed so there was approximately no chance for u to have this card approved as such … for me this is also a mistake to get in minimalistic style like this as not only u will fail to have thing making u differ from all existing cards but in addition, minimalistic styles are just the opened door to automated services replacing designers … what we have that machines cannot have is creativity …
10- description
when u introduce “stylish” with what u have in terms of design right now , no offense , ok?! but this looks completely dissonant … no one can “buy it”
