I needed to create a podcast intro for my company.
I would like to know if i am allowed to use it as short opener 0:15 Sek. with a own voice dub at our upcoming podcast on spotify, youtube and website.
Do i understand correct that when i download the licence i am safe, or do i have to
do more ? Of course the podcast is for free, and not paid.
appreciate a quick response, just want to be on the safe side and respecting copyright.

If the intro doesnt change, you can use one license an entire year or 52 episodes.
What constitutes a series (eg TV series, webisodes, or a magazine with monthly editions)?
To be considered a series, all things in the series (eg episode, edition) must be connected, and be released within 1 year of the first installment. There is also a maximum of 52 episodes or editions within the series.
