Avada Demo Installation Issue

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have just purchased Avada Theme and When I am trying to import any demo it is giving me following red marks

wp_remote_get() failed. Some theme features may not work. Please contact your hosting provider and make sure that https://build.envato.com/api/ is not blocked.

wp_remote_post() failed. Some theme features may not work. Please contact your hosting provider and make sure that https://envato.com/ is not blocked.

Rest of the checks it has passed. I have a dedicated server please let me know how can I fix this.

Curl is installed and updated to latest version.

I dont know how but problem got resolved thanks. I think raising a ticket
alone did the trick. Thank you

I’m getting the above wp_remote_get() and wp_remote_post() issues as well as the following error when visiting /wp-admin/admin.php?page=avada-status

Check ThemeFusion Server Status shows “Something went wrong while checking API status. Response code: 0.”
