WP_Error API Invalid token

I use Avada theme. Since a week or so I get invalid token errors when trying to check envato api status. Personal Tokens are set up correctly and worked until last week or so. The hosting provider says no connections are blocked and ThemeFusion (Avada) says it is the hosting provider. They say that my tokens are working properly in their test areas. I hope someone on this forum can help.

I already deleted old tokens and made new ones, but the error keeps occuring.

Error occured while checking API status. Response code: 403.

Hi Unlock design,

I already checked all steps in this document.

I have 28 Avada sites running and until last week or so every Personal Token was submitted ‘green’. Now when I check server satatus I get the error for the API Envato only, but the Themefusion server is green.

I need to delete a token and create a new one. But I don´t know how to delete the first one!! How can I delete old token?

I am a registered user of avada theme. The following message appears. How can I fix it? An API token is required. In Update Server Status Check In Envato Server Status Something went wrong while checking API status. Response code: 0. An API token is required. Appears.
