Token Registration Error

Hi, I just bought the AVADA Theme wordpress, however when trying to register the tokem in wordpress it informs me that the token is not valid, however the registration process had no problems. I’ve even redid the process of creating another token and it doesn’t work.

I tried to talk to the theme support (https://theme-fusion.com/), but they ask me for the token, when I inform them, I get the message that it is not valid.
Can you help me with this?

Envato API personal token:
You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made

Thanks for the tip, but I have done this more than 3 times the tokem is generated without problems, however it is not accepted in the registration of the theme.
I received an email from envato requesting to download the theme again because it would have an update, I did it and the same problem continues.
I really don’t know what to do now.
