I have been try to get my refund but the sina extension author deny to give me refund and avoiding my messages, i am following the policy and terms kindly help
if the author declined refund request and you think you should get the refund then you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page. If you raise a dispute then envato team will investigate and will take steps as necessary.

Sir the author not responding now, i am loosing my refund days cause it’s 14days to raise a refund request and they totally avoiding, for reference i have attached screenshot
I want envato contact them behalf of me please, they are frauds
