Each month is getting slower. “4-0 sales per day” threshold in Oct now moves down to 3…
This decrease takes too much, time to move Up definitely.

This time around the drought it’s starting to call my attention. I mean, sales literally dropped to rock bottom, as if the costumers flew away all together at once. Absolutelly dead, absolutely broke.

There was a book on programming I’ve read long time ago, I think it was by Alan Golub and it was called like “What to to and what not to do with C++” (it was translated from english to my language so I’m not sure). An there was a short story, when the adminstration of some IT company decided to remove the lounge zone and Water vending machines, so that IT specialists won’t waste their time chatting, joking and doing nothing. It resulted with almost total collapse of that particular division (or maybe the whole company), because this «doing nothing» area was a very important communication hub for all those IT-spicialists. They were chatting, joking and «doing nothing» but taking a little break and helping each other with their problems. So I think this thread become something like this «lounge chatting area», where you just can feel yourself not that «lonely», when your sales are down you see that someone’s are up, and when someone is down and dispairful you can cheer them up. So what about sales: a bit slower than I hoped, but still mathematically normal. You’ll never had enough of sales, will it be 1 in month, 1 in week 1 in a day, or 1 in a hour. Think about what you can do to encrease this count. Review queue goes up, Elements are in line, «this is oversatured and unfair market» posts here and there… The market is evolving, Envato is evolving, and nothing stays as it it was before, and at the same time nothing changes. Someone’s not happy with his business, and someone is very happy. This thread brought me to this philosophical mood

Remember the only thing that counts is the revenue at the end of the month. For me the start of November has been super slow. Except the last 24 hours which 4 of my 5 sales in November arrived…

If this was CodeCanyon I would have agreed about revenue being the most important. To me making music is about sharing something cool with the world. So the number of sales is as important, if not more important (to me ).
