Approved in 4K rejected in FullHD

Hello! I got frustrated with envato review approach. It seems that whether item approved or rejected depends on reviewer so much. Last time I got several items approved in 4K, but rejected in FullHD!
For example: https://videohive.net/item/stage-spotlights-and-smoke-6/18240791
I’m not talking about the opposite: https://videohive.net/item/stage-spotlights-and-smoke-5/18240781 (rejected in 4K version)
And with the reason was – "low usefullness"
Same footage (absolutely!). How can it be?

Welcome to the club!
Just open a support ticket with a link to your already approved 4K item and they will accept it in a matter of days (I hope)!
