4k is better resolution and you can always export it to 1080. It’s not necessary to upload both files.
Not sure how many people will want to buy a $25 file in they only need HD, and all the HD files are $8. Uploading a 1080p version as well makes sense to me. Unless the content is that unique that people will be happy to pay the extra.
