hi if the central part maybe interesting, u have a whole lot of work ahead indeed … besides, even the central part could be better again with dropping shadows wherever and whenever necessary
otherwise , the typo is simply not working at all … especially when it comes to the footer indeed, combinations are not harmonious , the styles of combined fonts differ too much … Most of texts are hardly readable or visible and this means that u are violating , among other thing a basic design principle , since your texts definitely lack contrast indeed
u have problems as regard to spacing and balance too as the spacing between texts looks randomly done indeed
the organisation of header texts looks very strange …, too
i would also recommend to drop shadows under or behind the date banner indeed
