My advice is that you browse logos approved on Graphic River and get a good idea of the kind of logo that gets approved. Your logo looks dated in style to me, it doesn’t look quite modern or good enough to be approved, considering it’s a simple design. For something that simple it really needs to look great. I don’t like the font choice, and like I said it just looks a bit dated. You may need to spend longer on a logo to make it good enough for graphic river, so if you think it’s worth while to spend more time per logo and make something great looking, I would suggest you try that.
