The 2 themes I received from Chimpgroup also made an error and I opened the ticket but it does not respond to how many days. My problem is not interested.
They may not be working at the weekend. If you need urgent (paid) support, I can provide some at Studio
I can not get a reply 5 days
Where can I complain to this person? I bought 2 themes, both of which are problematic and unhelpful.
