I have a question!
I bought a flatsome theme for a site a Regulare license. I am no longer in contact with the owner of the license and I believe the license is for life. The site for which I purchased the license no longer exists. I want to know if I can use the license for another site? Thanks for your help

It’s not for life, it’s for the end-product. When you used it on a project and would like to use for other, you may need to purchase a new copy even though the first one is not in used.
Although some authors are OK to change the license but assuming that you don’t have active support period, they will probably ask you to purchase “support” which means almost buying a new copy.
