How do i tranfer my Flatsome theme licence to a new website

Hi , I was using the Flatsome theme on a website that has now closed down.
I would like to create a new website using this theme. How do i transfer this theme licence. Thank you in advance.

You will need to purchase a new license as licenses are only valid for a single project. Thanks!
