I have a question that might seem silly, but I want to ensure I’m not damaging my website.
I am using the Flatsome theme for my website and I want to register it with a new Regular License. Someone mentioned that if I update my Regular License every time the theme updates, their staff will update my website as well, potentially crashing it. Is this true? Can a major update from the Flatsome theme without my permission change or harm my website?

Why would you update it with a new license every time the theme updates?
If you register it with one license then there’s no need to buy a new license with every update.
Assuming you back the site up properly and are managing customisations using a child theme then that removes any real risk but, usually updating a theme should not create any issues if done correctly.
I didn’t register and used with our that license, I want to buy now, If I register and buy license, Is it possible my website crashed because automatically update my website.
Is it possible I can get the license and register not letting any update happen in my website.

Where did the first copy you are using come from? Where’s the license for that and can you not use that one?
We bought for company so many years ago and lost license. Try to buy now.

If it’s not been updated in a while then make sure you back things up properly then adding a new purchase code / updating the theme should be fine unless there’s been customisation made to the core theme files not via a child theme etc.
Again back up properly and you can always reinstate it
