Hello,

I use the Flatsome Theme for my website. On the backend it is telling me that the my license is being used by another site. When I click go to your account, it list three licenses, none of which is the license number that I’m using for my website.

  1. How can I find out what website it is connected to?, or
  2. how can I get a new license for my current website?

I don’t understand your reply. I purchased the Flatsome Theme a couple of years ago, but when I click on the link to try to fix it it takes me to other licenses that I’ve used on other sites, but not the one it states is being used by another site.

Only the author is going to be able answer/resolve theme specific questions - the link above outlines different ways to reach them if your support is still active or not

Sorry for my delay in responding. If I don’t have access to that person any longer can I purchase a new license and if so will it

  1. disrupt my website?
  2. how can I go about doing that?

Here is a more specific question. I have a Flatsome registration code that is not registered to any site. Can I unregister my current code (that is registered to another site), and use the unused code that is not registered to as site, on my site? If so, will this affect my website, or will it be a seamless transfer?
