HI there, i am a new here, i was upload my animation pack with 4K resolution with PNG+Alpha codec and the total file size is 6GB, it get the soft rejected, but i have already release another 3 animation pack with 4K resolution and the total file size is more than 5GB.
the reviewer tell me to split the file under 3GB, but i only can submit 1 file on the main file(s) tab.
anyone have the same problem?
