16:9 or 16:10 which aspect ratio Monitor you prefer ?

Hello Everybody how are you :slight_smile: . I am planing to buy a 24 inch Monitor . I use After Effects and Cinema 4d. I am really confuse which one should I buy 16:9 or 16:10 which aspect ratio Monitor you prefer ?

The 16:10 has more vertical real-estate and a 24 inch one is probably 1920x1200 vs 1920x1080 a 16:9 one. For AE and C4D I think is better to have more vertical space. It is very important to take into account the panel quality for accurate color. Select the 16:9 one if it has the superior panel technology.

Here you see the difference between both sizes. Obviously a bit more real estate on the 16:10. However, Iā€™m looking for a new monitor as well, and Iā€™m considering an ultra wide 21:9 monitor. It looks like a dream to work on for video-editing and C4D. Much more real estate, and a nice long timeline. Check the photo below.

On a similar price [+10$] you have Dell U2415 24" with 99% sRGB.
