I had purchased thegem theme recently and when I need to download and install the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin that came with it is not downloaded.How can I download and install this plugin and activate it, please?.
You can’t activate bundled plugins (it will work without needing to do that).
Check the documentation with the theme which will cover the installation process
when I try to install this plugin “like Documentation” it gives me this error
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error"
Server errors are usually hosting problems but I am not familiar with that plugin and would suggest that you contact the author @CodexThemes of the theme https://themeforest.net/item/thegem-creative-multipurpose-highperformance-wordpress-theme/16061685/support

Hello, I have a similar problem, please help.
I am also not able to see wpbakery Plugin in install Plugins of gemthem, I want to update the wp backery, the latest version of thegem theme is 4.3.0 and wpbakery version is 5.6
