Woozone Plugin Unable to import

Error: My woozone plugin refuses to import products from amazon.
I have already -
Made new Secret keys and associate etc
Setup SOAP etc
Activited Product affiates API

When I run the plugin sync test I get to the
"Step 2:
Import the product into woocomerce" before getting a 500 error.

How do i fix?

Iā€™m getting the same, I really am getting angry with this plugin. I have tried absolutely everything. When it starts to download products, it freezes, so I have to hit back and then things start going wrong, errors etc. I have re-installed wordpress over 20 times now trying to get this to work.
