Any help? im pretty new to this =[
Hello,
Please make sure you copied the keys correctly (without any blank spaces)
Also, when creating a new keys please wait for a while to use it, because it may not be valid from the minute you created it. Also, do you have an approved account and signed up for the Product Advertising API?
So I purchased the Woozone plugin and have just pasted an Access Key ID and a Secret Access Key from yesterday into the plugin’s “Amazon config” form without any blank spaces and saved the settings.
It tells me
"WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates was able to connect to Amazon with the specified AWS Key Pair and Associate ID"
when I check Amazon AWS keys but when I try to import products via Advances Search by clicking a category it won’t load any lists and just freeze. When I want to search products by entering a keyword it tells me
"Amazon error id: AWS.InvalidAccount:
Your Access Key ID is not registered for the product Advertising API. Use the Access Key ID that you received after registering with https://partnernet.amazon.de/gp/flex/advertising/api/sign-in.html."
(in German, because I’m from there. I also filled in my Affiliate ID next to the German flag and chose Germany at “Main Affiliate ID”).
I definitely had created and retrieved my access keys successfully at the AWS Account Management page before all that. My Amazon affiliate account is approved and I had signed up for the Product Advertising API.
Any ideas what I could try to solve the problem? May it be a browser issue?
Thank you!
If you are using WooZone. I have checked Amazon keys again with the “XML (Over Curl, streams)” option set in Woozone Amazon Config… I was then able to connect to Amazon and see Amazon Nodes etc.
I followed the tips on the video, but nothing changed. I get the message that my AWS Key is not registred at the Amazon Assiciate… I use the same acc on both sites of Amazon and did it like the guy in the video.
I re-read the error and clicked on the link in the error message of the pop up.
Here was mine:
WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates was not able to connect to Amazon with the specified AWS Key Pair and Associate ID. Please triple-check your AWS Keys and Associate ID.
