I’m a Ukrainian citizen currently living in Ukraine. My country wasn’t sanctioned (except by russia), and every international service is working correctly here. I don’t have any problem with international payment services. But, when I’m at my home page as an affiliate (https://app.impact.com/), I get the following message:
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Because of the Russia-Ukraine war, international sanctions, and/or payment method constraints, impact.com is no longer able to process payments to your account. For more information contact compliance@impact.com."
Can I ask you why? Why am I banned from working as an affiliate? It’s interesting that as an Envato Elements subscriber, you’re welcome to withdraw money from my card, but when it comes to affiliates - I’m banned. I thought that ban was only for russians, because they are sanctioned. It seems not fair to me to be banned from working as an affiliate.
I contacted support on 13 March but didn’t get any answers or any help till today. Just ignore.
I believe you could still earn/collect the money but the transfer to your bank account may not be possible. You may consider to change “payout method” by using PayPal/Payoneer or another bank account ( Wise )
If that doesn’t work, you need to wait for the respond from Impact as the payment goes through their system

I have added PayPal account as a payout method. However the message is still there.

I also contacted the impact radius compliance email. And got no answer at all. Not really surprised about this.
Hello. You will not be able to withdraw money to PayPal. You also need to undergo verification and send documents impact. I withdraw money via payoneer.

Unfortunately, the expansion of the possibilities of PayPal in Ukraine concerns the addition of the service of receiving and sending personal payments (to friends or relatives), and in accordance with our User Agreement, the receipt of funds for a service, goods or payment for services must be made by a commercial type of transfer. And since we’re still working on the ability to add this feature, for now, you can only receive personal payments from individuals.
