Why most of the theme not works? to whom that we may make a report and claims?

For past week i bought 2 templates from themeforest and both of the theme (wordpress) not work either problems with plugin or problems with theme it self.

My question how that we want to make a complaint and can we report to themeforest for the irresponsible author that submit they work here?

I’m starting skeptical to buy another theme here as my experience last week. Please guys if you can assist me on this… I have try contact the provider but ermmm… You know the result

As long as you are sure there are genuine issues with the files, then you can let support know Envato Market Help and Support

That said author support/item comments etc. should be the first point of call.
