Faulty theme.

wordpress
themeforest

So, I’m a sysadmin that do some webpage for customers, I basically let them choose the looking from themefores and then install it, I personalise it, and give them the access to finish it at their wish.

Recently I purchased a theme that is not working properly. The them data is imported and the wordpress will look as the demo data presented before to buy it, but the editor will not work. It recommends to install the Gutenberg visual editor, but it wont work, shows just code, but the rappidcomposer works, but not showing a more visual way to edit the data, making the theme useless since the most important (the look) is not editable, so we need to start from scratch, on that case was useless to buy the theme.

Now. I’m in contact with support, support is showing signals that I should just use the basic useless editor… I bought the theme 2 days ago. Is there any “warranty” from themeforest?

since I bought a useless theme that is not working. If that so, will be sad, and this will be last theme that I purchase here.

Hey mgscoder thganks for your quick reply.

Yes I’m giving a try to the theme support to try to fix things, now there is a radio silence, I will give you another day or so. I’m just scared that time pass and I m not entitled for a refund.

Glad that there is a refund form. It just dont feel right that this theme look good but can’t edit to put my data on it, its almost like a static website. There is a lot of themes that they are great and work great. Never expected that a theme will be this useless.

I will wait support, if they can’t fix it I will fill a refund.

Thanks again
