Theme not working

Hello there,

I’ve just bought a theme from themeforest.com and unfortunetaly it’s not working properly. The plugins on the theme are also not working and when I try to ask for support of the theme builder, the website leads to a deadend.

I also can’t seem to find a way to contact the helpdesk in any way. Is there someone here that could help me out?
