If you haven’t published your music in any exclusive licence marketplace, you as the creator of the tune hold exclusive rights. If you happen to sell non exclusive licences to 100s of people, it doesn’t change or take away that fact. You still hold all of the rights and can indeed use Content ID.

Also if you check for example the Agreement on AdRev, there’s not a single place where similar clause is being presented. Only clause is that you have to have necessary rights for the material you are putting up in their service.

Yup. It gets awfully quiet when people are proven wrong.
