Maybe I think bcoz of the fonts it got rejected. As they always say WE APPROVE ONLY PROFESSIONAL DESIGNS.
I know that our designs looks great to us but for the other person maybe not.
So I think you can make some color changes and company font and text maybe it get accept.

I agree with you. Typography choice and some color variation might improve the logo.
